What we collect
The contact form collects your name, email address, optional phone number, and whatever you write about your project. The readiness check runs entirely in your browser and stores nothing unless you choose to send your results to us.
Why we collect it
To respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the work. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone outside SOSE except where we need to in order to deliver your project, and never without telling you.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not become projects are kept only as long as they are useful for follow-up. Project records are kept as long as we are required to keep them.
We have not set a published retention period for each type of record. If you want to know how long we are holding something of yours, ask and we will tell you.
Your rights
Kenya's Data Protection Act 2019 gives you rights over your personal data, including access to it and correction of it. To exercise them, email info@sosengineeringke.com.
